These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you visit the Method Ordnance website, create an account or purchase products from our online store. By entering or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to enter or use this storefront, create an account or place an order. If the law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age for a product or transaction, you must meet that higher age. Selecting “Yes” at the entry message is your confirmation of age; it is not identity verification or a determination that a purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction.
USE OF THE SITE
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in a way that burdens the site, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We work to present product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, photographs and pricing accurately. Images may include prototypes or pre-production finishes. Final product details may change, and you are responsible for reviewing the product page before purchase. If a listing contains an error, we may correct it and, when appropriate, cancel or refund an affected order.
ORDERS, PAYMENT AND AVAILABILITY
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping limitations or legal restrictions. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes, shipping and fees. Products remain subject to availability until the order is accepted.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY
Method Ordnance currently ships only to valid delivery addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. We may decline or cancel an order when a product cannot lawfully be shipped to the requested destination. Additional details are provided on our Shipping & Returns page.
DEFECTIVE-PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
If a Method Ordnance product is defective and cannot function as intended, contact us with the order information and a description of the problem. After the defect is confirmed and a return is authorized, Method Ordnance will cover the applicable return shipping costs and ship a replacement at no cost to the customer. This replacement policy does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alteration or ordinary wear.
OTHER RETURNS AND WARRANTY TERMS
Non-defective returns and any additional warranty terms are governed by the terms shown on the applicable product page and our Shipping & Returns page. Contact us before sending any product back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
COMPLIANCE AND RESPONSIBLE USE
You are responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, installation and use of any product is lawful where you live and where the product will be delivered or used. You must follow all applicable federal, state and local laws, manufacturer instructions and safe-handling practices. Product installation should be performed by a qualified person when appropriate.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site, Method Ordnance name and marks, graphics, photographs, videos, copy and other content are owned by Method Ordnance or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal, lawful shopping and information.
DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all content will always be error-free. Product warranties, if any, are limited to the written warranty terms provided with the product or on the product page.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Method Ordnance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
