The Breek Arms Sledgehammer is a full-size, ambidextrous AR-15 charging handle designed for positive control and enhanced gas management, especially on suppressed rifles. Its wide, aggressively serrated latches are easy to operate from either side, even with gloves.

Gas-Management Design

  • A raised rear shelf helps block gas from reaching the shooter.
  • A keyway cutout limits gas flow over the shelf.
  • Internal baffling slows gas expansion inside the handle.
  • Relief cuts and a back-pressure port direct gas away from the shooter.
