QBKs are nearly-complete upper receiver groups designed to shortcut the effort it takes to get you to your dream build. We handle the more tedious portions of assembly.
This QBK includes the upper receiver with a Method Ordnance Standard 14.7" barrel, Superlative Arms adjustable gas system, and Midwest Industries 14.0" Combat Rail pre-installed. This QBK is built with a mil-spec upper receiver with forward assist and ejection port installed.
Simply add a compatible bolt carrier group, your selected charging handle, and the optimal muzzle device for your use case. A charging handle is not included unless selected above. Bolt carrier group and muzzle device are not included.
The 14.7" intermediate is the specialist. It totally maximizes suppressed performance, reach, competition handling, and outstanding recoil profile while keeping the rifle impressively compact, maneuverable, and perfectly balanced. If pin & weld is the goal, the extra length over a traditional 14.5" allows a much wider range of muzzle devices: as short as 1.7"-1.9" while still making length. The extra dwell also ensures perfect reliability with the intermediate gas system. If you don't mind pin & welding (or running it on an SBR/pistol build) this barrel profile is unbeatable.
The perfect pairing of the Method 14.7 barrel with the Midwest 14.0 combat rail allows for the most rail space and shortest, most aesthetic suppressor gap possible.
